The Journey To Your Next Level Self

You cannot keep doing the exact same things in your life and expect a different result.


I was doing some reflecting as I was winding down from the day the other day and the biggest message that came up for me was

I am in the middle of a lot of transition both personally and in my business. But I am in a time of massive up-leveling, quantum leaping. Whenever something like this happens, you’re kind of asked to step into this next level version of yourself and if you don’t it’s very easy to crash and burn.


I had a lot going on during that week that left me asking myself, OK Taylor, are you ready to be this next level version of you or are you not? Are you going to self sabotage?


You cannot expect to create different results in your life if you continue in the same choices and you continue in the same choices, habits and behaviors.It became very clear to me of the moments that I was stepping into that best self energy and I felt like I was there and doing it at the energy that I wanted to be at. But there were also moments where I would stay in the same patterns that were not going to get me to level that I want to get to.


Any moment that I have had, I have been really looking down from a bird’s eye perspective and asking myself, what is going to take to get me to this next level? What patterns do I need to shift? What thoughts need to be removed to get me to this next level?


Over and over again, what is it going to take? What is this next level? What does that look like for you?


If you choose to stay in that first version of yourself energy then you are not going to create what you want to create.


Hold yourself to a high level standard.


Be excited, be hopeful for your second version of yourself.

You’re at a crossroads right now and you’re going to decide that you are going to keep doing the same things that you do every single day making the same choices, having the same thoughts, or you can decide to do the exact opposite. Stepping into that positive energy and seeing how that shift feels for you.


It comes down to a choice, are you ready to be your best self 2.0 or are you not?


The easiest way to shift out of that is to do something big, take some messy action and see how that changes things.
